About this Business
Xango is home to Chef Claudio Aprile, MasterChef Canada, and Nick Di Donato from Liberty Entertainment Group, the icon of hospitality. The menu offers Latin dishes that mix both Latin and Asian flavors to create new tastes. The new favorites are also inspired by an evolution of Japanese-Peruvian cuisines and their colors.
Guests can choose whether they wish to spend the time, tasting Xango's original cuisine: in the main dining room, the lounge. And while they're at it. they may admire the fusion of raw materials such as wood beams and exposed brick walls with contemporary art in all parts of the restaurant.
