About Forkhill House
The idea to start an Irish restaurant, Forkhill House, was inspired by one of the co-owner's family history: in 1845, during the famine, Jaime Lenz's great-great-grandfather handed out meals to the community at the front of his estate. This community-focused approach is something that Forkhill House inherited, along with the love of Irish cuisine. Restaurant's chef, Tannis Smith, combines locally sourced ingredients with produce imported from Ireland to prepare traditional Irish dishes with a modern twist.
