Grotto Vancouver keeps it's menu simple by focusing only on traditional Italian dishes and fresh, upscale ingredients. For dinner, the restaurant soothes appetites with a choice of seven house-made pastas and seven thin-crust pizzas with a focus on seasonal ingredients, including funghi pizza with a white sauce and arugula or pappardelle pasta with braised beef and bone marrow. Meals finish with a sweet tiramisu or panna cotta or a selection of specialty cocktails and coffees from the bar including the grotto bellini with prosecco and peach puree or the bitter end coffee with Averna Amaro and rye.
