About Hastings Steam and Sauna

Established in 1926 by J. P. Wepsela. Hastings Reflexology & Sauna is a clean and professional establishment built around a Finnish tradition that is over 1,000 years old. Since 1926 we are located in the up and coming Strathcona Village.Exclusively for our massage customers, our group accommodations consists of a newly renovated area of over 2000 square feet. The sauna areas are equipped with gas-fired sauna heaters. While the lower-floor Reflexology Center have sofa seats and a wide screen home theatre. Perfect for group rentals, sports teams, health groups, birthdays and seminars.Our facility has both private and group accommodations and we welcome individuals, couples, and groups. Our large steam saunas are on our lower-floor Reflexology Center. Two large sauna rooms have cast-brick sauna heaters. The room’s look is complete with beautiful mosaic tile floors originating from 1926.Our private accommodation on the upper-floor have six private cedar and tile sauna rooms that can suit individuals or small coed groups. Three are gas-fired providing wet heat, and the others are electrically powered for dryer high heat.Fans of high-heat sauna or steam sauna claim the experience is the only way to properly purify the body and mind. Hastings Reflexology & Sauna welcome all kinds of clients from students to business people. The whole concept of sauna is simple; it combines the basic elements of heat and water to help you reach a clean and relaxed physical state in combination of body massage or foot reflexology.During your stay, we can supply you with towels, face cloths, and wraps. Our facility also sells water bottles, combs and razors, loofahs, and more. Prior to your reservation, please sign our company waivers on our website and show up 10 minutes ealier.
