About Hugos
After traveling for more than 20 years, trying new cuisines and enjoying different cultures, owner Bonnie Saunders decided to open a restaurant of her own to share her experiences with customers. Hugos was born out of this desire. In her warm brick and wood dining room, Bonnie serves a blend of dishes from around the world, giving each their own spin. It's not everywhere that one would find Thai green curry, sausage lasagna, and crispy duck with a sour cherry reduction on the same menu. She also offers a tasty brunch menu with house made scones, a signature veggie benedict, and biscuits & gravy with crispy pork belly.
