About Palmer and Sons

Join Palmer and Sons in the loft located in the heart of downtown Vancouver, BC and spend 2-3 hours developing skills necessary to make high-quality Artisan Pasta, Japanese Style Ramen Noodles, or Sourdough Bread at home. Everything that will be used during the classes is already included. No previous skills are required. Just an open mind and slight dose of determination to become new pasta-, ramen noodles-, or bread-maker. Everything else can be left in the hands of Palmer and Sons who pay much attention to make sure all necessary ingredients and equipment is ready to be used.

Careful research of available methods, allowed them to pick the ones that can be easily replicated and effectively taught during two- or 3-hour class. After the class participants tend to forget how to buy dried pasta, dried ramen, or store bread forever - as homemade variants feature the unique taste of satisfaction.
