About Pulse Cycling
Danielle, the owner of Pulse Cycling, fell into the sport by fate. While recovering from an ankle injury, she discovered that indoor cycling was the only exercise she was allowed to take. With minimal impact on the knees and joints, Danielle was hooked. After a decade of instructing classes, she opened her own spin studio so that others could discover the high-energy exercise.
Her studio welcomes all fitness levels. Friendly instructors cater exercises to newcomers and seasoned vets alike, helping each student build endurance and strength from class to class. Pulse Cycling also offers an Intro to Spin class which teaches the proper fundamentals of riding.
