About Wholey Fit!

Personal trainer Heather Lind has struggled with weight her whole life—and it's not just a physical struggle. Her parents were chronic dieters, and Heather started an unhealthy relationship with food and fitness when she was only 8. For almost 20 years, she would lose weight quickly, only to put it right back on.

Searching for a healthier and happier way to live, Heather discovered the study of sports nutrition. Suddenly she was able to crack the code for the proper mix of calorie-counting and physical activity that would leave her healthy, both in mind and body. Now she wants to share that knowledge with others: she runs a small, welcoming, and motivating studio that specializes in indoor cycling and high-intensity interval training Tabata classes.
