With more than 20 years of fitness-industry experience, Body Barre Fitness founder Tina DiLeo boasts an impressive collection of certifications—she's an instructor in Barre Concept, yoga, and Pilates, and a personal trainer. She's also a pre- and postnatal specialist, a nutrition coach, a black belt in kung fu, and a rainbow belt in the funky chicken dance. So it only seemed natural that, as a jack-of-all-trades in physical fitness, Tina would open her own studio to share that experience. During barre fitness classes, she and her team of instructors guide students through exercises on a ballet barre to build long, lean muscles. During yoga flow classes, they help clients bend and twist into core-strengthening poses. And they round out their class schedule with Pilates and boot-camp sessions.
