Hot Yoga Wellness offers a wide range of yoga classes, offering ashtanga, yin, and hatha sessions as well as ones that incorporate elements of the qigong practice used in traditional Chinese medicine. Some take place in a room heated to just above 98.6 degrees Fahrenheit with infrared heating panels and assorted humidifiers. Thanks to this heat, students' joints and tendons become more limber, which allows them to safely sink even further into each of the stretches. However, non-heated classes are also available at several of the studio locations, as are therapeutic treatments intended to alleviate pain or stress through the use of acupuncture, reflexology, tai-chi, or other traditional Chinese techniques.
