Niki Watts, Can-Fit Pro-Certified Personal Trainer Specialist and Nutrition Wellness Specialist, worked in numerous gyms (including GoodLife Fitness) and trained many clients personally before opening her own studio—Tai Fitness. She is also working towards her 200 RYT through YogaFit. She strives to help clients achieve their fitness, weight-loss, and health-and-wellness goals through personal training and yoga. Whether in-studio or at-home, she trains clients one on one or with partners. She also leads group training and a variety of yoga classes such as mindful movement & focus (hatha-all levels) and Vinyasa power yoga.
