Paying tribute to the Monashee Mountain long traditions, this specialized distillery sticks to handcraft methods to mash and ferment quality grains of the surrounding lands. Then the best parts are left to age the way they deserve, resulting in small batches of specialty spirits. Spring water and natural flavors are used in the process for giving the moonshines, vodkas, and gins a pure character.
- Apple Pie Moonshine - warming apple-candy sweetness with hints of cinnamon and vanilla accompanied by bitter notes;
- Monashee Mountain Vodka - made with corn and malted barley for a subtle sweetness, this vodka is described as smooth and clean-tasting with the right heat; silver-winner of the Canadian Artisan Spirit Competition 2019
- Copper Island Gin - flavored with local haskap berries and a touch of lemongrass and orange peel, the gin is the bronze-winner of the Canadian Artisan Spirit Competition 2019
