Yoga is well known to have numerous health benefits, but it can also be a literal lifesaver. Nicole Peers, Wildwood Yoga's founder and mother of three, experienced this life-changing power firsthand when recovering from a serious car accident that left her with chronic neck and back pain, headaches, and dizziness. Practicing yoga allowed her to gradually return to a regular, healthy existence, and today she shares her insights with the studio's patrons. Wildwood offers a number of classes that allow guests of all ages and backgrounds to practice yoga in a safe, non-judgmental environment that is focused on body awareness, managing stress, and developing mental fortitude. The studio welcomes both adults and kids, giving them a healthy alternative to a lifestyle hijacked by constant attachment to electronics and the online world.
