Q&A with Elisha Rae Ewonchuk, Owner

Exercise is challenging, and people frequently give up on their fitness routines. How do you keep clients motivated?

By introducing new cutting-edge specialty fitness classes into our schedule, and by changing up our routines and class themes frequently.

Do you run your gym according to a particular exercise philosophy?

We create a safe, fun environment exclusively for women that is designed to build confidence, strength, and skills.

What is a typical session of your program or class like for a student?

Our pole classes all begin with a full warm-up, including stretching, cardio, and strength-training moves. Then we learn the pole moves for the day, allowing ample time for practice before ending with a cool down.

Is there anything else you want to add that we didn't cover?

Pole fitness and dancing is a niche fitness regime. We focus on giving our girls a fabulous time and an amazing workout in our classes while developing serious participants into skilled acrobats. A few of our girls are already competing in the Canadian Pole Fitness Association regional competitions in numerous divisions.
