From Our Editors
During Prohibition, those who wanted to imbibe were driven sometimes literally underground to speakeasies hidden from plain view. Another name for those speakeasies: Blind Tigers. Blind Tiger Kitchen and Bar pays homage to this bygone era with a clandestine location and a sleek, seductive interior enhanced by exposed brick walls and supple black leather seating. Once inside and bellied up to the bar, patrons can savor classic cocktails in the form of martinis, manhattans, and sazeracs, pairing them with gourmet offerings such as ribeye steaks, Parisienne gnocchi, and escargot.
