For Noel Bernier—the restaurateur behind Hermanos—Brazilian and Argentinian cuisine isn't just about following recipes. He's so invested in capturing the spirit of the dining experience that he sends his sous chefs and staff to Brazil to soak up the culture. That dedication shines through in the wide range of steaks, including the classically Brazilian picanha—an impossibly tender sirloin cap served with farofa and chimichurri. A few dishes hit a little closer to home with Canadian twists. These include the Chivito Al Plato—a tenderized premium Angus beef strip topped with smoked ham, provolone, banana peppers, bacon, and a fried egg, all served on a bed of fries.
