The 90-minute therapeutic session includes a 60-minute relaxing massage followed by a 30-minute biomagnetic therapy session.

The biomagnetic therapy, created and developed by Christopher Lee, is a technique that rebalances the electromagnetic field of the body without being invasive. It helps provide a feeling of zen attitude and allows to regain its concentration while minimizing the effect that stress exerts on the body.

The Swedish massage combines kneading, friction, rhythmic tapping and other movements to smooth out muscles, stimulate circulation and plunge the patient into a state of deep relaxation.

The deep tissue massage is primarily aimed at athletes to release tension in overworked muscles. It is a more intense type of massage that is performed to a large extent with the wrists and forearms.

Located in the Montreal area, this private practice specializes in first-class treatments and is managed by Christopher Lee, an accredited massage therapist, and his virtual assistant Shiva Nidra. The center offers regular meditations, leads self-empowerment groups and workshops, and also offers private consultations. Please note that all sessions are performed by Christopher Lee who speaks only in English.
