The certified instructors at Bikram Yoga Town of Mount Royal help new students improve their flexibility and physical condition, reduce stress and even lose weight during the 90-minute hot yoga classes.

New participants arrive at the studio 30 minutes before their first class to fill out the registration form. In the detoxifying 40°C room with 40% humidity, yogis and students of all levels perform 26 positions and two breathing exercises in the mirror-lined studio. This offer is valid for morning classes from Monday to Thursday and all classes on Friday. After each class, students can cool off and change in the changing rooms equipped with showers, sinks and individual lockers.
