Minstrels and pirates welcome guests in a rustic 18th-century tavern décor at Cabaret du Roy.
With their coupon in hand, patrons have access to the entire à-la-carte menu as well as all feast menus featuring three, four or five courses.
Whether patrons become sailors, quarter masters or captains everyone enjoys a meal prepared by Maistre Coq that combines local products, New France cuisine and Caribbean specialties.
As adults quench their thirst with beer or wine, youngsters enjoy the young matelots’ menu.
Cabaret du Roy
Guests join the crew of the infamous Balthazar la Moule and live, for an evening, an out-of-the-ordinary experience in the warm, funny atmosphere of a 18th-century pirates’ den. Musicians and lively mates who seem to have come straight out of history books, Matusalem or Pirates of the Caribbean movies, recreate history as they make guests sing and laugh like only pirates can do. All of this happens in the heart of Old Montréal and is accompanied by an original yet ancestral gastronomy certified Terroir et Saveurs since 2009.
