Effigy:

• Provides access to 17 days of festivities (from January 30 to February 15, 2015) on the main sites
• Access to the Place Desjardins (Plains of Abraham)
• Access to the Loto-Québec Zone (in front of the Parliament)

Full Carnival Pass:

• Provides the same access as the Effigy, from January 30 to February 15, 2015
• 1 CARNAVAL tuque
• 1 maple taffy
• 1 caribou (Carnival traditional drink) or non-alcoholic beverage
• 1 coffee or hot chocolate

Québec Winter Carnival

Since many years, Québec Carnival is a must during the winter, warming up the hearts of guests on cold days. With a packed and varied program, the carnival welcomes guests who want to have a good time with the event’s mascot, Bonhomme Carnaval.
