Swedish massage combines kneading, friction, rhythmic tapping and other movements to smooth out muscles, stimulate circulation and to plunge the patient into a state of deep relaxation.

During infratherapy sessions, clients are wrapped in a warm blanket from neck to toes to create an effect of thermal sweating, like in saunas, which dilates blood vessels, purifies bodies from toxins, oxygenates blood, stimulates the immune system and much more.

A facial combines different cleansing, exfoliating and moisturizing techniques to dislodge the impurities and bacteria found in clogged pores.
