People from all levels can take CrossFit classes, which combine multiple sports disciplines such as gymnastics and weightlifting with series of functional movements and exercises requiring them to run, jump and weightlift. The 45-minute workout sessions are intense and challenging, and held in a safe and fun environment.

In group of up to six, students of the CrossFit 101 program familiarize themselves with this diversified workout’s movements and exercises. Spread over a two-week period, with three classes per week, the classes allow student to learn how to perform the highly intense functional movements properly.

Once they are initiated, students get unlimited access to the group classes composed of a maximum of 12 people. During these sessions, participants learn how to push their limits and reach their fitness goals.
