The deal

• $89 for a summer session of physical activity classes for children ($210 value)

Depending on the child’s age and interests, parents can choose from several classes offered at Défi Gym Delson. Babies and toddlers can get introduced to movement and develop their motion skills with their parents thanks to the classes adapted especially for them. Pre-school children are more autonomous and learn basic gymnastics to improve the development of physical and motor skills. Teamwork and self-confidence are encouraged during the 50- to 60-minute classes. School-aged children can take more advanced gym classes and learn techniques on the floor, balance beam and bars. They can also choose between karate, cheerleading and Zumba, or learn several sports in one session.

The summer session begins on June 23, 2014 and classes are held once a week for nine weeks.

Défi Gym

In a welcoming and safe environment, Défi Gym lets kids spend their energy and use their imagination while making new friends. The center offers fitness classes adapted to different age groups for kids from 6 months to 12 years old. Summer, spring break and holiday day camps are also offered to children. Birthday parties and parents survival evenings are also organized upon request.
