Children (3-4 years old)
- Introduction to dancing on Sunday, 10:30 a.m. to 11:30 a.m.
Children (5-8 years old)
- Jazz on Sunday, 11:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m.
- Zumba Kids on Sunday, 2 p.m. to 3 p.m.
- Hip Hop on Monday, 6 p.m. to 7 p.m.
Teenagers (9-14 years old)
- Jazz on Sunday, 12:30 p.m. to 1:30 p.m.
- Zumba Kids on Sunday, 2 p.m. to 3 p.m.
- Hip Hop on Monday, 7 p.m. to 8 p.m.
Adults (15 years and older)
- Hip Hop on Monday, 8 p.m. to 9 p.m.
- Videostyle on Monday, 9 p.m. to 10 p.m.
- House on Tuesday, 6 p.m. to 7 p.m.
- Popping on Tuesday, 7 p.m. to 8 p.m.
- Cardio-barre (training) on Wednesday, 7 p.m. to 8 p.m.
- Jazz on Wednesday, 8 p.m. to 9 p.m.
- Krump on Thursday, 8 p.m. to 9 p.m.
- Zumba on Sunday, 4 p.m. to 5 p.m.
École de danse iDance
At École de danse iDance, a team of experienced dancers offers classes for customers of all ages with recreational, competitive and professional components. The school shows knowledge in urban styles (hip hop, house, krump, popping and more), but is also skilled in jazz and ballet. iDance also hosts children’s birthdays, bachelorette parties, lessons for elders and private classes.
