Their menu features brunch classics like eggs Benedict and continental breakfast, and some original creations like the “Sugar Shack”: a traditional dish based on Quebeckers’ favourite time of year. Eggsuberant is this restaurant’s signature dish: a generous mix of eggs, Lyonnaise-style potatoes, fluffy pancakes covered in maple syrup and a choice of ham, bacon or sausages. The juice and espresso bars also feature a wide selection of smoothies and coffees.
