At Spa St-Christophe, customers receive a 30-minute therapeutic massage with warm essential oil to relax their muscles in depth. Exclusive in the area, a NeuroSpa treatment is also provided and consists in a combination of a neuromuscular massage with an acoustic immersion to help reduce stress, relax the body and revive the spirit.
