The outdoor whirlpool baths provide a relaxing climate with their warm water and its hydro-massage nozzles. Hydrotherapy calms the body and mind, and also relieves stiffness, rheumatism, arthritis, back pain or hypertension.
The Finish sauna is located in an outdoor wooden chalet. Inside, the humidity level is at about 40%, making the heat less irritating for nasal mucosa. The sweat evaporation sessions boost the immune system and enhance blood flow while helping the body evacuate impurities.
The hammam opens pores and activates sweat glands, allowing the body to eliminate toxins and clean deeply. The hammam’s steam includes essential oils (eucalyptus, pine or fir tree).
