Festival du Monde Arabe de Montréal
From October 29 to November 13, 2016, artists from the Arab and local scene entertain with performing arts, music shows and theatrical performances.
- Openness and communication: Dedicated to the meeting of Arabic and Western cultures, FMA welcomes artists from all cultural horizons in order to build a space for cultural exchange and breeding.
- “Day songs deep in the night”: In a disenchanted world where age-old cultures have been victims of fear, hatred and ignorance, this Festival celebrates the optimism of rebellious and courageous creators.
- Performing arts and more: Several documentaries, movies and exhibitions are also part of the festival. Accessible to all, FMA also holds a range of free events.
