General Admission provides access to several locations within the Gilles-Villeneuve circuit from which you can follow the action, whether it’s in the last stretch before the “Hairpin” turn, at the “Hairpin” itself, or near the Family Grandstand. The Popular Grandstand is located near the rowing basin, on the outside of the eastern part of the track and at the beginning of the long Casino straight leading back to the pits. Don’t forget: early birds get the best vantage points!

FORMULA 1 GRAND PRIX DU CANADA 2016

The first edition of the FORMULA 1 GRAND PRIX DU CANADA 2016 was held in Ontario in 1967. Since then, it has taken place on the Mont-Tremblant circuit in Quebec and the Mosport Park circuit in Ontario, before finding its home on Montreal’s Gilles-Villeneuve circuit in 1978. Each year, about 300,000 F1 enthusiasts attend the race.
