Particular attention is paid to sourcing fresh, local and seasonal ingredients. Each week, Goodfood’s customers choose their menu and receive a refrigerated meal box at their homes full with all the ingredients they need to make the meals in 30 minutes or less. Goodfood is also involved in its community, getting a meal to a child in need for every box sold.
