Zumba classes are a fun, entertaining workout accessible to men and women of all levels. Dance steps and fitness movements are combined for one hour non-stop, improving the participants’ muscular strength, endurance and coordination in a motivating, fun atmosphere.
Groupon customers enjoy a 20% discount on a subscription after the classes. Unused classes can be credited on the subscription.
Idolem Zumba
With its three locations in Brossard, Laval and West Island, Idolem Zumba offers a large amount of classes supervised by Zumba certified instructors. The disco-style rooms allow customers to move without complex while the lively music plays from the cutting-edge sound system. The Idolem Zumba studios also offer room rental, fundraising campaigns, and event planning services for birthdays or office parties, all available with or without Zumba instructors.
