PowerFit Kickboxing is a 60-minute workout for people of all levels with an intense musical atmosphere.
The activity combines the strong techniques or kickboxing and Muay Thai (Thai boxing) with the efficient methods of functional exercises that are particularly found in CrossFit.
The sessions are made of timed rounds of combat techniques and combinations, of muscular and cardiovascular warming up, and of learning and stringing circuit exercises together, such as the reflex ball, punching bags, rope climbing, etc.
