Retired professional racing driver and automotive journalist, Russ Bond created the KartSTART, program presented by Toyota. He travels across Canada to provide educational and fun driving experiences on go-karts. Well supervised by qualified instructors, student drivers familiarize themselves with the different functions of a vehicle and proceed to driving exercises on a closed track where they have the chance to boost their confidence – as well as their parents’ - before heading out on the road.
