At the end of the course, students will be eligible to take the international certification exam for the Professional Diving Instructors Corporation (PDIC) and the Association des instructeurs de plongée (ADIP). Le Monde du Silence
Located in Montreal, the scuba-diving school Le Monde su Silence trains divers for the different certifications required. The team is composed of sport-loving experts wishing to share their knowledge with apprentices of all levels. Classes take place in the Patro le Prévost pool to learn the basics of discipline in a safe environment.
The Fine Print
Validity : Registration must be done withing 3 months after purchase.
Limitations : 1 coupon per person. May buy additional as gifts.
Other conditions : Extra fee of $20 for basic equipment rental for the entire session (palm, mask, and snorkel) and extra fee of $20 for the book. Valid for ages 15 and over; valable pour les 15 ans et plus; minors must be accompanied by an adult who must also participate in the class. Participants should know how to swim and be comfortable in the water. Classes are offered in French only. You must bring a swimsuit, a towel, and a padlock. See the rules that apply to all deals.
Contraindications : People with epilepsy, severe asthma, cardiovascular problems, hypertension, claustrophobia or fear of water, respiratory, neurological or optical problems, drug or alcohol problems.
Taxes: Taxes not included, applicable to the amount shown on Groupon and payable by cash or check. A deposit of $100 will be required for certification and is refundable up to one year after the date of the 1st class, in case the student chooses not to pass the certification.
