Le Spot Montréal
Located in the South West borough of Montreal near the Lachine canal, Le Spot Montréal is entirely dedicated to the practice of parkour and movement sports. This training facility offers parkour classes for kids, pre-teens, teenagers and adults, as well as acrobatics and fitness classes. Clients of all skill levels may use the gym to practice parkour, dance or gymnastics.
