Using ladders that don’t damage gutters and siding, professionals from Maintenance 101 proceed with the cleaning. They clean up all debris in the gutters and make sure they are in good working order. A written inspection is also given to the customer.
After the cleaning, the team blows the rooftop, yard and sidewalks to leave no mess behind, putting all the gutter debris in disposable bags.
Maintenance 101
Maintenance 101’s professionals take care of the exterior maintenance of residential properties. Window washing, gutter cleaning, house washing, pressurized washing of concrete, brick and wood decks, as well as hedge trimming and rooftop snow removal are the services offered by this Saint-Lazare company.
