• 60-minute massage of your choice between Swedish, Californian, relaxation or Shiatsu
• Back scrub

Customers choose between the massages offered during their 60-minute treatment.

The Swedish massage includes frictions, kneading and manoeuvres on muscles and joints. The treatment improves blood and lymphatic flow and enhances blood flow to the heart.

The Californian massage offers a relaxing and anti-stress massage. It releases tensions and balances wellbeing.

The relaxation massage undoes knots, eliminates toxins and reduces tensions. It also helps with customers’ moral wellbeing.

Shiatsu, a type of massage coming from Chinese tradition, uses pressure mostly from the thumbs and applied on energy points. The body’s balance is re-established and this technique helps relieve daily problems such as headaches, anxiety, fatigue or insomnia.

Following the massage, customers get a back scrub, which removes dead skin, blackheads and blemish.
