This studio’s name reflects its commitment to promote health through movement. All day long, qualified instructors teach Pilates and several varieties of yoga to experts and beginners alike. Large, bright rooms also welcome customers for alternative therapy sessions such as acupuncture, osteopathy, massage therapy, and kinesitherapy.
