O’Boeuf Burger & Cie
This new Saint-Henri restaurant is a foodie new sensation (especially for those partial to a burger) where guests can enjoy comfort food with a refined touch. The à la carte menu includes 10 different burgers, prepared from high-quality ingredients and homemade meat including AAA beef, Wagyu beef, bison and lamb. Even vegetarians and fish lovers will be won over by the Végé Parmigiana and the Saumon en Robe.
Executive chef, Dan Quintal, prepares his own specialities including tartares, poutines and the classic mac and cheese. A relaxed but dynamic atmosphere and epicurean menu are paired with a cocktail menu containing almost 15 signature drinks.
