Specialized in fusion Asian cuisine, Café-Bistro Ohayô offers an assortment of classic and reinvented sushi in a modest and welcoming décor.

The plate for two includes:

• 6 nigiri
• 2 hosomaki rolls (12 pieces)
• 2 futomaki rolls (10 pieces)
• 1 Dragon Eye roll (6 pieces)
• 2 Ohayo Maki

The plate for four includes:

• 12 nigiri
• 4 hosomaki rolls (24 pieces)
• 4 futomaki rolls (20 pieces)
• 2 Dragon Eye rolls (12 pieces)
• 1 Ohayo Maki roll (4 pieces)

Guests share a selection of nigiri, hosomaki and futomaki chosen and prepared by the chef. Classics like the Philadelphia, Boston or Kamikaze are available on menu, as well as special rolls, such as the lobster roll, Yuki Kani and Extasia.

Two fried maki are also offered by the chef: the Dragon Eye, as well as the house specialty, the Ohayo Maki, made of tuna, salmon, red snapper, shallot and tobiko.

Café-Bistro Ohayô

This skillful restaurant is located on Blvd. Lapinière and allows guests to enjoy a varied cuisine at any moment of the day. A bistro-style section includes simple meals, such as bagels, sandwiches, wraps, paninis and salads. The Asian gastronomy holds a special place in the menu, with a sushi card, Tonkinese soups, imperial rolls and General Tao. From Monday to Friday, a day’s menu is offered to guests, as well as catering services for small and big events.
