Swedish massage combines kneading, friction, rhythmic tapping and other movements to smooth out muscles and stimulate circulation. For active people, sports massage improves flexibility, releases tensions and prevents injuries. Hot stones are first anointed with oils before being placed gently along the body to provide deep relaxation to the muscles and body.
With the body wrap, healthy components penetrate the skin, while with the body scrub, dead skin cells are scrubbed away to give the skin a soft, silky feel.
