Thanks to the 60-minute Cross Training sessions, customers work on muscle tone by performing a series of exercises from different disciplines in a circuit. Cross training is a workout for the whole body with intensity adapted to all fitness levels.

Muay Thai classes, also known as Thai boxing, are 90- to 120-minute sessions given by a highly qualified instructor. Nicknamed Kru Ash, he holds a certification from the World Muay Boran Federation and is this professional association’s representative in Bangkok. He has also trained several UFC athletes such as Patrick Côté, Nourdine Taleb, Steve Bossé and Valérie Létourneau. Ash is also the director of Quebec Amateur Thai Boxing Federation’s (QATBF) officials and referees. Thai boxers can deliver blows with their fists, feet, elbows and knees to a maximum of eight contact points.
