Le Chat Botté

Located just 30 minutes south of Montreal, Le Chat Botté benefits from the fertile soils, mild weather and picturesque scenery of the Montérégie countryside. Due to its owners’ expertise, Le Chat Botté is recognized for its white, rosé and red wines, but it is best known for its straw wine, a product inspired by a technique that dates back to more than 2000 years.
