Book an appointment and the cleaner was a no show. Could not reach anyone at the company for several days. Rescheduled with another crew member. He showed up 30 mins late. He was friendly and thorough, however, he broke several pieces of plastic on the windows. He also severly scratched the new paint in several rooms with his work belt. Overall hard to recommend.
