Swedish massage:
Swedish massage therapy involves involves soft, long, kneading strokes, as well as light, rhythmic, tapping strokes, on topmost layers of muscles relieving muscle tension.

Deep tissue massage:
Deep tissue relaxation massage is a longer process that allows the muscles to relax so that the massage therapist can reach the lower layers of connective tissue. It involves applying sustained pressure using slow, deep strokes to target the inner layers of your muscles and connective tissues. Deep tissue relaxation massage therapy is not just a Swedish massage with deeper contact or greater pressure. Deep tissue massage uses firm pressure and slow strokes to massage the deeper layers of your muscles.

Tui Na:
Tui Na, also known as “Chinese massage”, is a method of physical therapy based on the theoretical basis of the internal organs and meridians of Chinese medicine, combined with the anatomical and pathological diagnosis of Western medicine, and the action of manipulation on specific parts of the human body to regulate the physiological and pathological conditions of the body, to achieve the purpose of physical therapy.
