Customers who want to discover the benefits of yoga, acro-yoga and rock climbing can enjoy one unlimited month of activities. Yoga allows customers to develop their muscles and make them more flexible. Yogis can support certain poses that are physically demanding, enhance their breathing and allow their body and mind to relax. Several schedules are available.

Customers can also discover acro-yoga, a branch of yoga that is done in a team and that develops trust, cooperation and concentration. Acro-yogis practice balance, coordination and strength with the benefits of yoga. Customers who practice the discipline learn three roles (base, flyer and spotter) to get familiarized with the basic principles of alignment, counterweight and weight distribution. Guests can come alone or with a partner.

Customers also get access to the rock-climbing wall. An accreditation is required to do slingshot belay or to lead. Otherwise, visitors can do bouldering.
