Welcome to Groupon Reservations. This is a general introduction on how to use Groupon Reservations. In this interface you can handle both your availability and reservation slots.

This is the main calendar view. All of your bookings and availabilities will be displayed here.
You can view your calendar by week or month by using this toggle switch.
To modify/create an availability first pick a start and end time, then select the deal this availability applies to. Next pick the number of participants as well as the Groupon participants. Lastly select the days this deal will be available for.
When a slot contains bookings, a green bar will appear for instant recognition. This bar will turn orange when the maximum number of Groupon slots has been reached. Increasing the number of Groupon slots will turn the bar back to green.
To the left of the availability indication are some shortcuts to modify the slot. Hover over this area to reveal the controls.
Clicking on the gear icon will bring up this dialog which enables you to modify or delete the current time slot.
Set your meal time slots and duration here.
Setup Groupon and non-Groupon offers in the available time slot.
Here you can set the number of meals, Groupon meals as well as how many meals can be offered simultaneously.
Select on which days of the week your offer should occur.
If a date includes a booking, the booking can be viewed by clicking on this icon.
This is a monthly overview of your schedule and shows at a glance all available slots and bookings. Colour codes map to the following:
Clicking on a week will display that week in the main calender view. Clicking on the arrows at the top will advance the calendar a month at a time.
Underneath the calendar is a link to functionality that allows you to add holidays and special days to your calendar.
This area will display a colour coded list of all your deals. If you have more than 5 active deals a link will display to show all of them. Click on "Manage" to modify each deal individually or add a new one.
In this dialog you will be able to view a list of your current offers, click to modify them individually as well as add new offers.
My calendars/agendas can be useful if your business operates in multiple locations and provides a way of separating agendas for all locations.
Click on Manage to add/remove or modify calendars/agendas.

Use this text input to search for your customers via name or code. This will enable you to view all of the customer's bookings.
This button allows you make a booking on behalf of a client. The booking can be a Groupon booking or a non-Groupon booking.
A list of recent communications between you and your clients will be displayed here. You could also click on 'New Message' to send a message to your clients.
To view a list of all your issued vouchers click on "Get Paid" where you will be able to redeem these vouchers in bulk or individually. Once a voucher has been redeemed it will display in the history list.
If you would like to add a booking widget or a booking page to your own website you will be able to set it up in this section.
This section allows you to add additional offers as optional upsell for your customers. You can give a discount if they reserve a product before they turn up. The discount is to your discretion.
If you would like to make an extract of your agenda for a certain time period, use this form and export your data to either pdf or xls or csv.
If you want to duplicate your availabilities to a following date without filling out the form again, just add an end date in this field and the availabilities will be duplicated automatically.
Use this button to delete all availabilities in the selected week. If the week contains any bookings, they will have to be rescheduled.
