The first appointment starts with a consultation, during which Gascon imparts detailed information on hypnotherapy in order to make clients comfortable and answer questions. Under the soft spell of the therapist’s voice, customers enter a state of deep relaxation, which opens the doors to the subconscious. Gascon then guides clients to find the roots of the problem in order to treat it effectively.

At the end of the session, clients are prone to feel content, relaxed, and mentally stronger. Subsequent sessions start with a 20-minute analysis of the previous appointment and a discussion of noticeable changes, progress, and difficulties encountered before proceeding with the hypnosis itself.
