The consultation and full evaluation last up to 60 minutes, and help to determine the specific needs for weight loss and nutritional health.
The targeted loss of each slimming program:
- The four-week slimming program to lose between 10 and 15 lb.
- The 16-week slimming program to lose between 25 and 30 lb.
- The 32-week slimming program to lose between 30 and 50 lb.
- The 52-week slimming program to lose more than 60 lb.
Program monitoring is done once a week, at the center, by phone or Skype, and takes 15 to 20 minutes.
