Défi Gym
In a welcoming and safe environment, Défi Gym lets kids spend their energy and use their imagination while making new friends. The center offers fitness classes adapted to different age groups for kids from 6 months to 12 years old, such as gymnastics, Zumba, dance, hip hop, cheerleading, acting and more. Summer, spring break and holiday day camps are also offered to children. Birthday parties and parents survival evenings are also organized upon request.
